Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your hexagon lighting purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To Return an Item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can reach us by email at sales@hexagonlighting.co.uk or by phone at 0333 772 3171.
  2. Package the item carefully in its original packaging if possible. Include all accessories and documentation.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the package using an insured shipping carrier like Royal Mail or courier. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item unless it arrived damaged or defective.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, we will promptly issue refund for the merchandise cost and any original shipping costs via the original payment method.
 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a returns lable to print at home.
  • If you have changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
 

The following exceptions apply:

  • Installation/labour fees for products installed by third parties are non-refundable.
  • Custom orders and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Products must be returned unused, uninstalled and in original packaging.
