Warranty Coverage

Hexagon Lighting warrants that this LED lighting product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five up to (5) years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.

Warranty Conditions

This warranty covers the following:

• Defects in Materials: Any failure of the product due to defective materials.
• Defects in Workmanship: Any failure of the product due to poor or improper workmanship.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal Wear and Tear: Any deterioration of the product due to normal aging, usage, or environmental conditions.
2. Improper Installation or Maintenance: Any damage or failure caused by improper installation, maintenance, or repair by unauthorized personnel.
3. Accidents or Misuse: Any damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, or exposure to harsh environmental conditions.
4. Modification or Alteration: Any unauthorized modification or alteration of the Product.
5. Power Surge: Damage caused by electrical power surges or fluctuations.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Notify Hexagon Lighting within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
2. Return the Product: Upon our request, return the product to Hexagon Lighting or an authorized service center for inspection. The product must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent, with proof of purchase.
3. Inspection and Determination: Hexagon Lighting will inspect the product and determine, at its sole discretion, whether the defect is covered under this warranty.
4. Remedy: If the product is found to be defective and covered under this warranty, Hexagon Lighting will, at its option, repair the product, replace it with a new or refurbished product, or provide a refund of the purchase price.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Hexagon Lighting regarding the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law,Hexagon Lighting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product.

Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the UK without regard to its conflict of law principles.
